Since its beginning in 1990, TAG has strived to be a good corporate citizen. The company has been a part of the Quad Cities business community for more than 30 years and has continuously expanded its reach to positively impact the local area.

The driving force behind these efforts the last three decades has been TAG CEO and founder Mike Vondran. He says serving others is one of the most valuable aspects of humanity and has ingrained that notion into the TAG Team culture and into everything we do here at TAG.

Mike has taken community betterment initiatives to the next level as the founder of the HAVlife Foundation

HAVlife meets with Governor Kim ReynoldsHAVlife is a Not For Profit 501(C)(3) organization created to shed light on lost potential in young at-risk students ages 10 to 15. Mike started the organization in 2007 in honor of his late son Hunter Aaron Vondran. Hunter was a passionate student with a love for music and sports. The foundation keeps his memory alive by focusing its efforts on supporting children's aspirations in the hopes of preventing lost potential through extracurricular participation.

“Full of athletic aspirations, musical passions, and artistic talents, these dreamers’ zest for life runs deep.” However, for some, financial burdens, and limitations, as well as life’s obstacles, hinder opportunity. That can leave dreams untouched and potential to be lost. Mike and the HAVlife Foundation team partner with “local school systems, community organizations, and generous individuals” to provide funds for students to discover and follow their passions. The organization acts as a bridge connecting students to resources and organizations. Students are nominated by a school teacher, counselor, or coach to receive HAVlife’s grant and connections to local resources that will help these young dreamers follow their aspirations. Whether it be attending a local music camp or playing on a sports team, HAVlife works to provide the necessary resources for students to pursue their goals and chase their dreams in the arts, athletics, and music.

HAVlife is just one instance of our TAG Team members getting involved with the Quad Cities community. With our 30th Anniversary, we remind ourselves to work hard every day to become better coaches, motivators, teachers, mentors, and learners.
